June 2-13, 2014

Welcome to the D-Day 70th Anniversary Blog Tour! Ten authors of Christian World War II novels are commemorating the brave men who stormed the beaches of Normandy on June 6, 1944. Thank you for joining us as we remember their heroism and sacrifice.

For more information on the blog tour and for a chance to win ALL TEN novels featured on our blog tour, please visit each blog, collect the answers to the questions, and enter the Rafflecopter giveaway on the BLOG TOUR PAGE.

Today’s stop

Visit with Cathy Gohlke, author of Saving Amelie, which follows a young American woman trying to smuggle a child out of Nazi Germany – a child whose deafness makes her a blight on her SS father’s record. The novel is getting fantastic reviews – I can’t wait to read it!

I cannot wait to read this book. It is a part of the WWII story that is not spoken of . . . at least very often if at all. Thanks for all the work to bring the story to us. Blessings.

Thanks so much for stopping by, Chris. I, too, was fascinated by the subject matter. I hope you enjoy “Saving Amelie!” God’s blessings for you!
