You’re invited to a launch party for my third novel, Blue Skies Tomorrow, on Sunday, August 28, 2011 at El Campanil Theatre in Antioch, California.
This gorgeous theater is pictured on the cover of Blue Skies Tomorrow and figures into several story scenes. The party is in conjunction with a showing of the 1946 classic movie, The Best Years of Our Lives, a touching portrayal of the post-war adjustment of three World War II veterans, including a B-17 bombardier.

To find out how to get a free ticket for the event, please send an email to Sarah’s email, letting me know how many guests to expect.
For more info, please visit El Campanil’s website. While you’re there, check out the photos from the amazing restoration process.
I hope to see you there!
That is one of my all time favorite movies! So touching. It will be a great companion to your book launch. Congratulations!
Oh this sounds like a such a wonderful event! I hope you have a great time and a huge crowd! 😉
I cannot wait to post my review and will be thinking of you on the 28th! How I wish I could be there…
Please post lots of photos!
P.S. Blue Skies Tomorrow was my favourite of the 3 novels! Fly Boy and I have taken to trying to guess ahead of time how the plot develops (I won regarding the dog tags!) and evenings have been full of memories!
Blessings to you and yours,
Noelle – how funny about guessing on the plot twists. My 13 yr old son just read it and kept trying to guess. He was right about the Me 262, but he was convinced I was going to “kill off” Jay-Jay. Hmm. My little boy thinks I’d “kill off” a little boy. Should I be worried? 🙂
