I am interest in a person by the name of Richard Tuttle. I have some of his paintings. Do you know of this artist who lived in Vermilion in the late 50’s
I have searched the Internet and haven’t found any thing about this person.
If you have information I would love to hear from you.

I’m afraid I don’t. I researched Vermilion during World War II for a novel I wrote, and I visited Vermilion last summer, but that’s the extent of my knowledge. You might consider contacting the visitor center in Vermilion or the Ritter Public Library in Vermilion. The staff at both places are very friendly and helpful! There’s an art gallery in the visitor center so they might know something.
