85 Years Ago—June 10, 1941: US wins a contract for Bolivia’s entire tungsten supply, depriving Japan of the mineral, which is vital to strengthening metal alloys in arms production.

First issue of resistance paper Les Petites Ailes in unoccupied France, will later be renamed Combat.
